Our Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how people feel - not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. I’ve always believed the body carries our experiences, our stress, our joy, and the things we don’t always have words for.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent years working closely with people navigating tough, overwhelming moments in their lives. That work taught me something powerful:

Everyone carries tension, and most of us don’t slow down long enough to let it go.

I saw firsthand how stress can change the way a body moves, sleeps, and functions, and I felt pulled toward a path where I could support people in a more personal, nurturing way.

That’s when I found massage therapy.

It wasn’t just a career pivot, it was a calling.

I went on to train at The Massage School in Boston, where I discovered how deeply healing hands-on work can be. Massage felt like the missing piece - a blend of science, intuition, presence, and compassion.

From there, Unwound was born - a space created with one intention: To help people feel safe, seen, and supported in their bodies.

My approach is simple:

I listen.

I adapt each session to your needs.

And I treat every body like it matters - because it does.

I love helping clients release stress, reduce pain, improve mobility, and rediscover what it feels like to breathe, soften, and let go, even if it’s just for an hour.

Unwound is more than a massage appointment.

It’s a pause.

A reset.

A moment to return to yourself.

I’m honored to share this journey with you, one breath, one muscle, one unwinding at a time.
